How to Delete Your Data
At CoinLoot you can permanently delete your account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This page explains how.
Option 1 — Delete from the app
- Open the CoinLoot app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
- Confirm the request. Your account is closed immediately and your personal information is erased.
Option 2 — Delete by request
If you signed in with Facebook or Google and cannot access the app, email us at support@coinloot.gg from the email address linked to your account (or include your username), with the subject "Delete my account". We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
We remove your personal identifiers — email address, name, username, profile photo, IP address, and your social login connections (Facebook / Google). Your login is permanently disabled and cannot be restored.
Records we are legally or financially required to keep (for example, payout and transaction history used for fraud prevention and accounting) are retained in anonymised form only, with no personal identifiers attached to them.
